OPCl und SPCl: Ionisation in der Gasphase

Abstract: 7] Allgemeine Arbeitsvorschrift: Zu 10 mmol 1 oder 2, 1.2 g (10 mmol) 3 oder 4 und 0.06 g (0.5 mmol) DMAP in 30 mL CHzC12 werden bei -20°C 2.2 g (I I mmol) DCC gegeben. Nach 10 min entfernt man die KUhlung, riihrt 3 h bei 20°C. kiihlt auf 0°C ab, filtriert von Dicyclohexylharnstoff ab und entfernt Reste dieser Verbindung durch Msung in Aaton bei 0°C. Die Msung der Produkte 5-7 in 50 mL Ether wird mit NaHCO,-Msung und Wasser gewaschen, Uber Na2S0, getrocknet und irn Vakuum eingedarnpft. Silicagelfiltration Uber… Show more
