Economia criativa e espacialização da inovação: desafios pós-COVID-19 para o desenvolvimento turístico de um bairro de Belo Horizonte 148 This chapter aims to present a brief discussion about the Creative Economy, social entrepreneurship, and the spatialization of innovation, considering the cultural scenario and new technologies in contexts of crisis and risks to promote tourism in the neighborhood "Primeiro de Maio", located in Belo Horizonte/Minas Gerais/Brazil, in particular in the post-COVID-19. From the methodological point of view, this work is, with a qualitative approach, a research report, which reveals that the referred neighborhood can be considered as a small cultural cluster, as it brings together several artists and cultural manifestations. Close to the city´s International Airport (Confins), it is easily accessible via several bus lines and the subway, such as the "Primeiro de Maio" Subway Station, for both visitors and tourists. In terms of tourism perspectives, especially in the "post-COVID-19" scenarios, potentials include the development of cultural (including gastronomy) and religious and creative tourism segments. In addition, in 2019 the capital of Minas Gerais received the title of Creative City of Gastronomy by UNESCO, being considered, still, as the third city in Brazil that offers more human resources in Creative Economy and the best indexes of cultural consumption.
