Based on two progressive aspects of the modeling problems in business process management (BPM), (1) in order to address the increasing complexity of user requirements on workflows underlying various BPM application scenarios, a more verifiable fundamental modeling method must be invented; (2) to address the diversification of software testing processes, more formalized advanced modeling technology must also be applied based on the fundamental modeling method. Aiming to address these modeling problems, this paper first proposes an ADCV (acquisition, decomposition, combination, and verification) method that runs through the core management links of four types of business processes (mining, decomposition, recombination, and verification) and then describes the compositional structure of the ADCV method and the design of corresponding algorithms. Then, the software testing workflow is managed and monitored using the method, and the corresponding analysis tool is implemented based on Petri nets. At the same time, the tool is applied to the case processing of the software testing workflow. Specifically, the workflow models are established successively through ADCV during the process of business iteration. Then, the analysis tool developed with the ADCV method, the model–view–controller (MVC) design pattern, and Java Swing technology are applied to instances of the software testing workflow to realize the modeling and management of the testing processes. Thus, the analysis tool can guarantee the accuracy of the parameter estimations of related software reliability growth models (SRGMs) and ultimately improve the quality of software products.

Process mining techniques are widely used to uncover performance and compliance problems. However, the traditional focus on a single object type (i.e., case) is a limiting factor when considering real-life information systems. Therefore, there is an increased interest in object-centric process mining. This paper proposes a graph-based approach for feature extraction on object-centric event logs. The conversion of the event log to a set of numeric vectors is the starting point for the application of any machine learning technique (classification, prediction, clustering, anomaly detection) on top of the event data. However, while feature extraction on traditional event logs is established, object-centric event logs are more difficult to encode in numeric features because the events are related to several interconnected objects. Here, we try to close this gap and propose techniques and tools implementing feature extraction on object-centric event logs. The usefulness of the proposed features is discussed on top of four problems in a Procure-to-Pay process.

The article discusses various types of monitoring of forest fires, studied and analyzed satellites that are used by the space monitoring system of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for remote sensing of the Earth. The statistical data of the Forestry Department on forest fires over the past 15 years in the territory of the Voronezh region are given. The dependence of the number of forest fires on meteorological conditions, in particular on the amount of precipitation, wind gusts and air temperature, was studied using the example of 2010 and 2020. The municipalities that are most prone to forest fires are identified. The monitoring systems of the forest fire situation on the territory of the Voronezh region, which are used in the crisis management center of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Voronezh region, are analyzed. The program "Forest Fires" has also been developed to predict the spread of forest fires based on the Methodology for assessing the consequences of forest fires, developed by the All-Russian Research Institute of Civil Defense and Emergency Situations in 1994 and put into effect by the order of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia dated 14.04.1995. No. 194. A comparative analysis of the solution of the same problem with the same initial data in the developed program "Forest Fires" and in the risk analysis and management system (SAUR) of the automated information control system of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies (AIUS RSChS) is presented.
