Information Technology Division is one of the divisions in Pangestu Jaya Ltd. which engaged in IT Department, where in this division there are several sub-divisions that are interrelated and have the duty and responsibility of each individual to improve services in The company. Turnover is one of the major obstacles in order to still be able to keep the knowledge technology in the company, because there are still many employees with outsourced status who often do turnover in IT division, so difficult to keep the knowledge. therefor need a knowledge management technology which is capable of storing, distributing knowledge in order to renew even while maintaining corporate knowledge. The system design of this research used SECI and WIL (Work Integrated Learning).

Every buyer always wants to get a good product, including in terms of buyers of citrus fruits, but many buyers do not know how to choose sweet oranges if they have not been tested first, so buyers usually experience disappointment when buying citrus fruits. The purpose of this study is to assist buyers in choosing citrus fruits, the k-NN method in identifying the taste of citrus fruits. The results of testing with the k-fold cross-validation method obtained a value of 96.55%, while testing with the holdout method obtained a value of 91.67%. The benefit of this research is that by using the application that was built, buyers can predict the taste of citrus fruits without having to taste them first.

AbstrakMengelola sampah kota dengan efiseien adalah satu tantangan tersendiri. Retribusi sampah sebagai salah satu sumber pendapatan daerah perlu dikelola dengan optimal agar pelayanan angkut sampah untuk masyarakat dapat berjalan lancar. Kendala yang dihadapi Pemerintah Kota Pangkalpinang adalah bagaimana mensiasati jumlah armada angkat sampah yang terbatas, tingkat kepadatan penduduk yang meningkat, dan sistem administrasi yang manual. Untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan angkut sampah, salah satunya dengan meningkatkan dari manual menjadi sistem berbasis web dengan tujuan mempermudah mengatur jadwal angkut armada, mempermudah masyarakat membayar retribusi sampah, dan mempermudah laporan retribusi sampah. Sistem yang akan dibangun menggunakan metodologi Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) karena dengan OOAD sistem dapat dikembangkan bertahap dan berkelanjutan. Sistem informasi retribusi berbasis web ini juga diharapkan mampu mempermudah akses masyarakat terhadap layanan kebersihan. Waste levies as a source of regional revenue need to be managed optimally so that the waste transportation services for the community can run smoothly. Constraints faced by the City Government of Pangkalpinang are how to anticipate the limited number of garbage lift fleets, the increasing population density, and the manual administration system. To improve the quality of waste transportation services, one of them is by upgrading from manual to a web-based system with the aim of making it easier to manage fleet transport schedules, making it easier for people to pay waste fees, and making it easier to report waste levies. The system will be built using the Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) methodology because with OOAD the system can be developed gradually and continuously.
