Abstract:Programi zumbe i pilatesa omogućavaju: zadovoljavanje potrebe za fizičkim vežbanjem,očuvanje zdravlja, smanjenje psihičke napetosti i pravilno korišćenje slobodnog vremena.Pozitivan odnos prema fizičkom vežbanju omogućava uključivanje što većeg broja žena uraznovrsne programe zumbe i pilatesa.
