In national-level studies, the relationship between teachers' self-efficacy for teaching and demographic data has been examined (Akgün, 2013;Alev & Bozbayındır, 2018;Aydoğan & Özbay, 2012;Azar, 2012;Eker, 2014;Er & Gürgan, 2011;Korkut & Babaoğlan, 2012;Tuluk, 2014;Yenilmez & Kakmacı, 2008;Yeşilyurt, 2013) or studies were conducted to develop self-efficacy scales for teaching (Bozdoğan & Öztürk, 2008;Ocak & Karakuş, 2018). “…Eğitim sürecinde göz ardı edilen duygusal emek esasında öğretmenlere birçok durum karşısında yardımcı olmaktadır. Çünkü etkileşimin bolca yaşandığı öğretmenlik mesleğinde öğretmenler bu etkileşimler sırasında duygularını olduğundan farklı yansıtmak zorunda kalabilir, olumsuz durumlarda dahi sakin ve kendine güven duyan bir birey imajı verebilir (Alev ve Bozbayındır, 2018: 1790.…”

Because in the teaching profession, where there is a lot of interaction, teachers may have to reflect their emotions differently than they are during these interactions, and may give the impression of a calm, self-confident individual even in negative situations (Alev andBozbayındır, 2018: 1790). Organizational innovation is based on an effort that activates many emotions.…”

Teachers, who are responsible for educating individuals in the society and preparing them for the future, may encounter various problems during activities of education and some teachers can deal with these problems more easily (Alev and Bozbayındır, 2018). According to Atici (2001), self-efficacy perceptions play an important role in teachers' coping with problems.…”
