”Olenko minä niin eksoottinen?”: Pakolaistaustaisten naisten työelämään liittyvä identiteettityö

Abstract: Artikkelimme käsittelee Suomeen muuttaneiden pakolaistaustaisten naisten identiteettien rakentumista työelämäpuheessa. Näkökulmamme on intersektionaalinen: olemme kiinnostuneita identiteettien rakentumisesta erilaisten sosiaalisten kategorioiden leikkauskohdissa (esim. Adib & Guerrier 2003; Essers & Benschop 2007).
