On the Configurations of Double Optical Fiber Loop or Ring Resonator with Double Couplers

Abstract: A systematic study has been presented of the construction of various configurations of double fiber loop or ring resonators with double couplers. The eight basic building blocks from which these configurations are made are a single fiber ring, loop and mirror with one ot two couplers. Nineteen different resonator configurations have been constructed and they can be classified into seven groups.
