On the basis of the obtained results they concluded that the rate of convergence of growth paths to the constant balance in the better-off provinces was slower than in the poorer ones 17 . It is worth pointing out, however, that both the mode of research and the obtained results suggest that there is a clear division of the Polish provinces into two groups as far as their productivity is concerned, which implies at least two convergence clubs and the regional income polarisation.…”
