“…Intraoceanic or rare continental arcs, like those of the Western Pacific, may record flux melting; mantle peridotites with elevated fO 2 values in these settings have been thought to be influenced by slab-derived oxidizing agents 59,60 . In contrast, continental arcs, like those of the Eastern Pacific arcs where crust thickness may modulate the melting degree 61 , may represent a complicated melting mode involving decompression and mantle peridotite that is not necessarily oxidized 59,62 . Direct comparisons of Western and Eastern Pacific arcs may be challenging due to their different melting modes and arc maturity 59,60 .…”

“…С известково-щелочным трендом базальтов развиваются значительные скопления гематитовых руд с медью и золотом, которые относятся к Fe-оксидному-Cu-Au типу. Пространственная ассоциация толеитовых и известково-щелочных базальтов на проявлениях Росомаха и Джалкан может свидетельствовать о наличии необнаруженных «недостающих» богатых Fe резервуаров, [8,9] с Fe-оксидными-Cu-Au рудами [10].…”

“…Earlier we were able to confirm this pattern by the example of IOCG manifestations in the basalts of the Sette-Daban ridge (Yakutia, Russia), where significant accumulations of hematite ores with copper and gold were produced within the calc-alkaline trend of basalts (Kostin, 2018). Similarly, the calc-alkaline trend in the evolution of rocks in conjunction with the identified linear ore zones of the IOCG type may indicate the presence in the deep horizons of undetected iron-rich reservoirs (El-Desoky et al, 2015;Chin et al, 2018) with Fe-oxide-Cu-Au ores. (Irvine and Baragar, 1971) for the Kis-Kuel intrusive rocks (1 -diorite, 2 -granodiorite), showing the relative proportions of the oxides Na 2 O+K 2 O (Alk), FeO+Fe 2 O 3 (FeO*) and MgO.…”
