“…For the convenience of study, this heating process can be simplified as the heat conduction process of the moving point heat source on the object with semi-infinite plane. In the heat affected zone on the surface of diamond wheel, the materials can occur various phase and structural changes under laser's heating effect, which can significantly affect the wheel's grinding performances after being dressed [2][3][4][5].
