One-pot in situ synthesis of CsPbX3@h-BN (X = Cl, Br, I) nanosheet composites with superior thermal stability for white LEDs

Abstract: Highly thermally and environmentally stable CsPbX3@h-BN composites are constructed via a simple one-pot in situ synthesis strategy, and the corresponding heat dissipation mechanism is proposed based on the enhanced thermal conductivity.

“…113 Unlike thermal injection and LARP methods, in situ growth of perovskite NCs provides excellent control of the size and dimension of the perovskite materials on the substrate by spin-coating precursor solution or controlled drying or swelling techniques. 139,140 After several years of development, researchers have explored in situ synthesis of different strategies, such as hard template-assisted in situ fabrication, 69,141 NC pinning, 2 organic ammonium-assisted in situ manufacturing, 142 blended spin coating, 143 controlled drying, 144 swelling-deswelling microencapsulation, 145 microfluidic spinning, 146 and in situ fabrication of perovskite NCs embedded in a crystal matrix. 147 As shown in Figure 6, we choose some representative works to introduce these methods.…”

[79] A feasible strategy to improve the thermal stability and water resistance of all-inorganic perovskites is through the use of a SiO 2 coating. Tang et al coated a layer of silica with a thickness of 2 nm on the Mn 2+ -doped CsPbX 3 (X = Br, l)) QDs by a reverse microemulsion method.…”
