One‐pot Synthesis of 3,5‐disubstituted‐2,6‐dicyanoaniline Derivatives using CoFe2O4@SiO2@L‐Arginine as a Magnetically Nanocatalyst

Abstract: Herein, we report an appropriate procedure for the synthesis of 3,5‐disubstituted‐2,6‐dicyanoaniline derivatives through a condensation reaction of β‐nitrostyrenes, malononitrile and aldehydes using CoFe2O4@SiO2‐Arginine magnetic nanoparticles as a basic nanocatalyst. In this work, 3,5‐disubstituted‐2,6‐dicyanoaniline derivatives were synthesized in good yields. This catalyst was characterized by FT‐IR, XRD, EDX, TGA, VSM and SEM analysis.
