Abstract: The present study aimed to develop a gonad-stimulating substance-like peptide (GSSL) immunochromatography measuring kit (GIM-Kit) to detect females of the sea cucumber Apostichopus japonicus that are ready for the collection of matured eggs for artificial insemination in hatcheries.
