Abstract: Now a days, choosing the skill set which belongs to current marketing trends that suits him/her is difficult especial for the fresher (who is an employee). It is even more complex for the employer to requite the required skilled person. As there will be huge data. To match these two requirements, we need an expert system. “…First stage involves calculating CF score for a symptom within parallel (parallel CϜ) by multiplying the calculation results between the CϜuser value and the expert CϜ as in equation (1). The second stage uses the results of the parallel CϜ calculation to determine the combined CϜ value (CϜ combination) using equation (2). The calculation process for the second stage is carried out repeatedly according to the number of inputs for the number of symptoms.…”

“…An inference mechanism also exists for analysis and assessment. Therefore, this allows for easy-to-use interfaces which allow the system to operate without extensive training for non-technical users [5], [6]. Various systems also explain the output generated or suggest alternatives to choose from as requested by the user [18].…”

“…The inference method is a part of an expert system that provides a mechanism for the function of thinking and patterns of reasoning used by an expert. This approach discovers the best answers and conclusions for question analysis following the database rules based on facts [5], [6], [9], [21], [22]. Expert systems for clustering the damage to an autonomous motorcycle have been developed in prior studies utilizing the K-means method and the findings of decision tree-based rules (decision tree) [23].…”
