“…At present, symmetrical optical integrators are widely used in the uniform light system of the solar simulator. In order to realize the simulation of uniform light spots on large irradiation surfaces, researchers have analyzed and optimized the integrators' aberrations and designed subsequent projection systems, for example, the large area projection solar simulator developed by Du Zhiqiang [2] and others has an irradiation non-uniformity of ± 4.26% in the 1000 mm×1000 mm effective irradiation surface, however, the projection system is a large aberration system, and the process of correcting the field curvature and distortion generated by it is complex and demanding.
