Optimal Feeding Strategy in Fermentation of Docosahexaenoic Acid Production by Schizochytrium sp.

Abstract: Fed-batch fermentation has the potential to increase the production of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) in Schizochytrium sp. which can provide additional nutrients.
