Optimasi Durasi Dan Rasio Bahan Per Pelarut Ekstrak Daun Pepaya Untuk Uji Aktivitas Antibakteri

Abstract: ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kombinasi waktu sonikasi dan bahan per pelarut (b/v) ekstrak daun pepaya segar, yang menghasilkan respon total fenol, aktivitas antioksidan (IC 50 ), dan rendemen yang optimum; juga untuk mengetahui efek dari dosis ekstrak daun pepaya pada aktivitas antibakteri Escherichia coli dan Staphylococcus aureus.
