Optimization using Adjusted Program Budget Marginal-Analysis (PBMA) for Decision Making Process and Budget Planning Purposes

Abstract: Program budget marginal-analysis is a framework used by decision makers to allocate and reallocate resources with maximized benefit or specified goals.
