Optociliary Veins Associated with Meningioma of the Optic Nerve Sheath

Abstract: We report the clinical symptoms and the course of a case that showed the typical findings of a meningioma of the optic nerve sheath, characterized by visual disturbances, progressive visual field defect, proptosis, secondary atrophy of the optic disc, and shunt vessels between retinal and choroidal circulation.
