Abstract:(+)-2,2’Epicytoskyrin A (EpiA) is a secondary metabolite derived from an endophytic fungus Diaporthe sp. associated with the Gambier plant. EpiA has been reported to possess anticancer, antifungal, and antibacterial activities. In a mouse model, EpiA was also shown to low oral toxicity.
