Örgütsel Dışlanmanın İş Performansı ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Üzerindeki Etkisinin İncelenmesi

Abstract: Bu çalışma örgütsel dışlanmanın iş performansı ve işten ayrılma niyeti üzerindeki etkisinin belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmada kullanılan ölçekler ile demografik değişkenler arasında anlamlı bir fark olup olmadığının belirlenmesi ise çalışmanın ikincil amacıdır. Bu amaçla çalışmaya katılım gösteren katılımcı sayısı 377'dir. Verilerin toplanmasında Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Örgütsel Dışlanma Ölçeği, İş Performansı Ölçeği ve İşten Ayrılma Niyeti Ölçeği'nden yararlanılmıştır. Verilerin değerlendir… Show more
