Orlistat Induce Renal Toxicity, DNA Damage, and Apoptosis in Normal and Obese Female Rats

Abstract: Obesity has been linked to several chronic diseases, including fatty liver disease, fatty heart disease, diabetes mellitus, hypertension, obstructive sleep apnea, and cancer. The purpose of the current study was to determine how Orlistat affected renal toxicity, DNA damage, and apoptosis that were brought on by obesity in normal and obese female rats.
