“…These notion supports the difference between ORS (present study) and Compound-21 14 in the control of the RAS signaling pathways, AT 2 R-NHE3 signaling pathway in the renal proximal tubules from SHR in particular. Significance of the present study is that the treatment with ORS ameliorates hypertension through broad action mechanisms: modulation of renal excretory function (present study), atrial ANP secretion, 3 and vascular responsibility (present study) in the SHR.
