Abstract:Otite externa necrotizante (OEN), conhecida antigamente como otite externa maligna (OEM), atinge o conduto auditivo externo, causando otalgia intensa, otorreia fétida, e em casos mais severos, comprometimento dos ossos do crânio e déficit neurológico.
