Dear Editor, Cyclosporine (CysA) is indicated in severe and recalcitrant forms of Psoriasis vulgaris. Existing guidelines recommend starting dose of 3-5 mg/kg/day with gradual tapering. Low-dose CysA has been tried in various studies with better clinical outcomes and side effect profile. 1,2 We herein report a novel indication of low-dose oral CysA in the management of recalcitrant facial sebopsoriasis.A 24-years-old male presented with 4 years history of multiple well-defined itchy scaly lesions over scalp, face, postauricular region, trunk, both the axillae and groin involving 20% body surface area.Skin biopsy performed from the trunk lesion was suggestive of sebopsoriasis. Antinuclear antibody (ANA) and extractable nuclear antibody (ENA) were negative. He had already tried multiple treatments like Siddha, Homeopathy, and Allopathy (topical mid-potent steroids, topical tacrolimus, topical calcipotriol, emollients, and phototherapy), with significant resolution of the body lesions, however, no improvement in the facial lesions. Patient was started on CysA
