Outpatient Analgesia Use after Implementation of a Standardized Pathway for Gender-Affirming Vaginoplasty and Vulvoplasty

Abstract: INTRODUCTION: American Urological Association Urotrauma Guidelines recommend contrast-enhanced and delayed-phase imaging for renal injuries. Failure to obtain delays can lead to missed collecting system injuries. We hypothesized that delayed-phase imaging in high-grade renal trauma (HGRT) increases intervention rates and improves outcomes.
