The development of tourism objects in Beji cannot be separated from the role of the local KWT. KWT assisted by PPL acts as a benchmark for the success of developing tourism objects in the area. The main obstacle KWT in promoting organic village tourism is the lack of knowledge about the use of social media. This social media issue makes organic village tourism not so familiar to the wider community, with the aim of knowing the KWT communication strategy in utilizing the Human Society 5.0 Promotional Media to increase tourist visits in organic villages. Society 5.0 is a concept which states that technology will coexist with humans to improve the quality of life in a sustainable manner. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method. This type of research uses a qualitative descriptive type, which aims to explain the phenomenon in depth through data collection. The informants interviewed were KWT, PPL and Tourists. The result of this research is the existence of a KWT Communication Strategy in Utilizing the Promotional Media of Human Society 5.0 in Wonogiri Organic Village. In recognizing this target through meetings of socialization activities with tourists. The choice of communication media used was Facebook and PPT presentations which contained organic villages. The study of the purpose of KWT communication messages uses persuasive techniques with the role of a communicator (KWT) as an interesting caption maker for uploads on Facebook social media.

Intellectual property rights (IPR) pertain to property rights derived from human intellectual capabilities, encompassing various forms of talent displayed in technology, science, art, and literature. Adequate legal protection is essential for intellectual works to nurture societal creativity and ensure successful safeguarding of intellectual property rights. This study aims to assess the legal protection of intellectual property rights against PT Mottoledo Fen Lie Agen as a patent infringer. This study employs a normative legal study approach, focusing on the positive legal norms governing the protection of intellectual property rights against PT Mottoledo Fen Lie Agent's patent infringement. The study identifies the substantive requirements for patentability of an invention, namely: novelty, inventive steps, and industrial applicability, as specified in Articles 2-5 of the Patent Law. Concerning copyrighted books and similar works, the protection system discussed earlier adopts an automatic approach. This means that creators do not need to undergo a registration process to obtain legal protection; protection automatically exists from the moment the copyrighted work is created as a tangible expression, such as a copyrighted book, etc.

Conceptualizing the complexities of the Russian political economy strikingly illustrates the challenging but essential role of the State in the new process of capitalist reforms initiated in the 1990s. A missing ingredient in this discourse has been considering the extraordinary impact technology has on society and how it affects the process. Accordingly, this paper focuses on the current development of culturally unique capitalist theory in Russia, together with the practical application of proven quantitative landmarks and policy implications for managing digital society’s development to optimize capitalism in Russia. The paper performs a quantitative analysis of the considerable influence that the digital society has on Russian capitalism and how the latter can be systemically optimized through the former’s development. This contribution’s originality lies in its consideration of the consequences of digital culture on the unique model of capitalism shaping contemporary Russia. Currently, Russia is implementing a particular and unique model of capitalism model where the digital society’s influence is limited and contradictory. We argue that the Russian model of capitalism could experience rapid development in the foreseeable future with effective digital society management.
