P-135: Efficient Electron Injection from PEDOT-PSS into a Graded-n-doped Electron Transporting Layer in an Inverted OLED Structure

Abstract

We will show for the first time that PEDOT‐PSS can be used to efficiently inject electrons into an n‐doped organic layer. To do so, we use a graded n‐doping profile, in order to achieve the best performance for both electron injection and transport. We will show our results using an inverted OLED structure, ideal when using a‐Si active‐matrix backplanes.
