“…Since the first study conducted by Levit, Sutton, and Zubin (1973), a number of studies have found reduced P300 amplitude in depression (Blackwood et al, 1987;Diner, Holcomb, & Dykman, 1985), although others have failed to replicate this finding (Bruder, Towey, Steward, Friedman, Tenke, & Quitkin, 1991;Have, Kolbeinson, & Pétursson, 1991).
