Abstract: Indole derivatives R 0140Palladium-Catalyzed Amination and Amidation of Benzo-Fused Bromine-Containing Heterocycles. -Amination of various indole or carbazole derivatives (I) and (VI) is achieved in the presence of the system NaOtBu-Pd2(dba)3-di(tert-butyl)phosphinylbiphenyl, while amidation proceeds better with Cs2CO3-Pd2 (dba)3-Xantphos. -(SERGEEV, A.
