Pancreaticoduodenectomy for locally advanced colon cancer in hereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer

Abstract: BackgroundHereditary nonpolyposis colorectal cancer (HNPCC), or Lynch syndrome, accounts for 3 % of newly diagnosed cases of colorectal cancer.
