Paracoccidiodomicose, forma crónica disseminada — relato de caso

Abstract: Case report of paracoccidiodomycosis Chronic Form, adult type, with genital lesions and residual form presented as dysphagia and dysphonia at the same patient. Diagnosis accomplished by direct examination of clinical specimens, in this case cutaneous lesions. After specific treatment there was regression of lesions and symptoms had disappeared.
