For adsorption, the enzyme was attached on the electrode by the attractive force of hydrogen bonds or opposite charges, such as nylon (Gamati et al, 1991) and ion exchange resin (Zhujun & Seitz, 1986), but it did not form a good adhesive force between biomolecules and a transducer.…”
