Parameters of Chemical Composition of Phaseolus coccineus L. Pods Grown in Protected Areas

Abstract: Runner beans are an important source of carbohydrates, fibers, vitamins and minerals that play an important part in the cardiovascular and gastrointestinal tract physiology.
