“…Diferente fue el resultado de Araya 5 quién obtuvo menor puntaje en el criterio "Los miembros del consultorio comprenden sus necesidades". En toda la encuesta, el criterio con mayor frecuencia de insatisfacción: (58/427) 13% fue "se respetan las horas de citación predeterminadas" (Fiabilidad), Al-Mutairi 18 , también informó que 10,7% de los padres de su estudio debieron esperar un largo período, antes de recibir la atención; Fontova et al 17 encontró que cuanto menor fue el tiempo de espera percibido, mayor fue la satisfacción global p < 0,001 con el servicio.
