In today's society, the development speed of construction machinery is getting faster and faster, which brings with it the improvement of work efficiency and quality, so higher requirements are put forward for the construction industry. The electronic control system has the advantages of powerful function and wide range of applications. At present, it has been gradually known and recognized by people and started to be applied in the field of construction machinery. In the actual construction process, the use of more mature electronic control platform can complete the accurate control of the entire building. In this paper, a development platform based on embedded technology and DSP chip is proposed through the research of electronic control system of construction machinery. Based on the analysis of the function characteristics of the platform, the adaptive fuzzy PID control model is established, and a new electronic control system of construction machinery is designed. Through the design and application of the system, it can provide users with more convenient, efficient and targeted, which can also improve the production efficiency and economic benefits of construction machinery.
