Patient-Derived Urothelial Cancer Xenograft Models: A Systematic Review and Future Perspectives

Abstract: BACKGROUND: Lack of appropriate models that recapitulate the diversity, heterogeneity, and tumor microenvironment of urothelial cancer (UC) is a limitation to preclinical models.
