“…Chen et al [5] proposed a back-off algorithm to reduce the humidity ratio error induced by the time constant of humidity and temperature sensors. Duy et al [6] studied perovskite oxide SrTiO 3 and successfully coated SrTiO 3 , which is difficult to calcine on a polyimide (PI) substrate by using the sol-gel process. This humidity sensor is flexible and sensitive to both capacitance and resistance.…”
