PCR-RFLP Design for Authentication of Red Snapper Species Based on CYB Gene

Abstract: The PCR-RFLP (polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymorphism) technique is a species identification method that can facilitate food inspection agencies to overcome mislabelling.
