Peculiarities of Development of Physical Education in the Conditions of Distance Education and Its Impact on the State of Health of Students

Abstract: The article reveals the features of physical education in higher education institutions in the context of distance learning and its impact on the health of student youth. It is estimated that more than half of students spend more than 15 hours on distance learning on monitors, which negatively affects their well-being, leads to fatigue and reduces mental capacity, as well as the ability to remember.
