The article reveals the importance of pedagogical control in the management of speed-power movements in student weightlifters. It is assumed that the effectiveness of technical techniques should be evaluated based on the registration of a limited number of basic biomechanical characteristics of movement. Applying a system of internal reference points for an athlete, in combination with hardware techniques, it is possible to develop a control technique acceptable for use at all stages of training athletes for important competitions. The selection of rational pedagogical influences and their reduction into an algorithmized methodology, the use of a system of urgent information on the effectiveness of exercises will contribute to a targeted change in movement skills, which will speed up the training process of weightlifters and improve the system for evaluating their achievements. When building a specific methodology, the development of the structure and content of algorithmized pedagogical influences acquires great importance. This may indicate an unformed need for physical exercise. Which, in turn, indicates a low level of motivation for physical education. Currently, one of the urgent problems is the effective organization of physical education classes for young people in universities. The main component for the successful implementation of any activity, including physical culture and sports, is motivation. Taking into account psychological factors that contribute to the perception and adequate processing of information, the use of the features of the formation of "meaningful", "target", "operational" attitudes will help speed up the learning process. And the selection of auxiliary exercises, determination of their sequence, will contribute to consolidation of rational motor skills.
The article reveals the features of physical education in higher education institutions in the context of distance learning and its impact on the health of student youth. It is estimated that more than half of students spend more than 15 hours on distance learning on monitors, which negatively affects their well-being, leads to fatigue and reduces mental capacity, as well as the ability to remember. It has been established that the work of students in distance learning worsens their health. Visual organs suffer, mental disorders appear, the spinal column suffers, which in general has a negative effect on the central nervous, immune, endocrine and sexual systems. It is proved that physical activity is one of the most important factors that have a positive effect on psycho-emotional state, mental capacity and health. Physical education is a pedagogical process aimed at to restore, maintain and strengthen health, increase the functional capabilities of the body, as well as improve physical development and physical fitness of those involved. In physical education classes there is a direct connection "teacher - student". The teacher without fail, on the basis of the provided students of medical documents, studies diagnoses and focuses on physical development, physical fitness, functional the state of the body and health of those involved. Conducts private conversations with students, gives recommendations on how to restore and improve health. This is primarily due to the crisis in the national system of physical education, which does not meet modern requirements and international standards of physical fitness, and the main causes of this problem are: devaluation of social prestige of health, physical culture and sports, lagging behind modern requirements of all levels of training and retraining of physical culture personnel, underestimation of the social, health and educational role of physical culture in educational institutions, the residual principle of its financing, etc.
In the article the influence of speed and strength qualities on the physical fitness of students in the process of wrestling. It was found that wrestling is the most popular sport among student youth. It was found that the modern approach to physical training of freestyle wrestlers in physical education institutions of higher education is characterized by a direct relationship between the level of physical training of the athlete and the success of his personal sports experience. The limitations of this system are due to the empirical approach and the dominance of applied aspects in the development of the entire content of education and teaching methods. Based on the need to take into account the sports interests of students, a survey of students was conducted. It was revealed that game sports, freestyle and national wrestling, as well as folk and national physical exercises and games are the most popular among students. At the same time, the interest of young people in the customs and traditions of the development of the culture of their ethnic group, including national and folk sports. As a result of research the technique of the organization of educational employment for students on groups of specializations taking into account sports interests traditions is developed. It is based on work programs in the specializations "Freestyle wrestling with elements of national wrestling techniques" and "Volleyball with elements of mobile games". Athlete's motor activity involves the implementation of individual movements, as well as motor actions and complex motor activities.
