Abstract: Pesatnya pertumbuhan hotel di Balikpapan ini sangat perlu diimbangi dengan peningkatan kapasitas pekerja pada industri perhotelan seiring dengan terjadinya penambahan jumlah tamu mancanegara yang datang sehingga diperlukan pelayanan prima guna terwujudnya kepuasaan pelanggan.
