Abstrak: Meski merupakan pelanggaran hak asasi manusia, pernikahan anak masih terjadi di seluruh dunia. Keluarga memiliki peran yang sangat penting dalam pencegahan pernikahan anak, khususnya ibu. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan keluarga dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan berbasis islamic nursing care dalam mencegah pernikahan anak di wilayah pesisir Jawa Timur, yaitu Desa Kandangsemangkon Kecamatan Paciran. Kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan memberdayakan keluarga, sasarannya adalah 20 ibu dan 20 anak (remaja perempuan). Tahap pertama ibu mendapatkan pre-test, lalu edukasi tentang bahaya pernikahan anak dan parenting, setelah itu post-test. Tahap ke dua dilakukan pre-test pada anak lalu ibu memberikan edukasi pada anak, setelah itu dikakukan post-test. Hasil pengabdian masyarakat didapatkan nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test pengetahuan ibu tentang bahaya pernikahan anak adalah 61,6 meningkat menjadi 71,7. Nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test pengetahuan ibu tentang parenting adalah 54,5 meningkat menjadi 65,0. Nilai rata-rata pre-test dan post-test pengetahuan anak tentang bahaya pernikahan anak adalah 66,75 meningkat menjadi 86,55. Pemberdayaan keluarga melalui edukasi dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga.Abstract: Although it is a violation of human rights, child marriage still occurs throughout the world. The family has a very important role in preventing child marriage, especially mothers. This service activity aims to empower families by providing health education based on Islamic nursing care in preventing child marriage in the coastal areas of East Java, namely Kandangsemangkon Village, Paciran District. Service activities are carried out by empowering families, the targets are 20 mothers and 20 children (adolescent girls). The first stage is the mother gets a pre-test, then education about the dangers of child marriage and parenting, then the post-test. In the second stage, a pre-test was carried out on the child, then the mother gave education to the child, after which a post-test was carried out. The results of community service showed that the average pre-test and post-test of mothers' knowledge about the dangers of child marriage was 61.6, increasing to 71.7. The mean value of the pre-test and post-test of mothers' knowledge about parenting was 54.5, increasing to 65.0. The average value of the pre-test and post-test of children's knowledge about the dangers of child marriage was 66.75 increasing to 86.55. Family empowerment through education can increase family knowledge.
