This qualitative study investigates the environmental and social sustainability practices at PT Anugrah Lestari Texindo, a prominent PVC producer in Mojokerto, Indonesia. By employing analytical techniques, descriptions, and primary data through interviews, observations, and problem formulations, we examine this firm's production of flexible PVC materials, including synthetic leather, flooring, and colorants. Our findings reveal a commitment to sustainable development while balancing economic growth, highlighting the company's efforts towards waste reduction, energy efficiency, and community engagement. Implications from our research underscore the potential for further enhancing environmentally conscious manufacturing practices within the Indonesian plastics industry.
