Penafsiran Ujaran Kebencian Dalam Hukum Pidana Indonesia Berdasarkan Beberapa Putusan Pengadilan

Abstract: Ujaran kebencian merupakan bentuk tindak pidana yang banyak terjadi khususnya terkait dengan situasi politik baik nasional maupun daerah.
