Priority vehicles are often stuck in traffic lights due to vehicle density and the low tolerance value of drivers in Indonesia for priority vehicles. To overcome these problems, an intelligent traffic light system was developed, namely Intelligent Traffic light (ITL). The ITL system consists of Bangjopin APILL as a traffic light and Bangjopin Apps as a smartphone application. The development methods used in the development of ITL systems are general preparation, design, manufacture and testing. Bangjopin APILL consists of an ESP32 as a controller that is connected with Firebase Firestore as Mobile Backend as a Service. Bangjopin Apps was developed for android smartphones using the Google Maps API and Firebase services such as Authentication, Storage, and Firestore. ITL uses Analitical Hierarchy Process (AHP). AHP is a decision making system through the use of traffic light cycle criteria based on the driver's habits, priority vehicle types under the law, and distance of priority vehicles to traffic light. The advantages of ITL systems from the existing smart traffic light are automatic, accessible remote, application based and secure data security.
