School libraries should be accredited with the aim of improving the quality of libraries. Pekanbaru City Library and Archives Service (DISPUSIP) in determining a school library that deserves to be accredited is still done manually, namely DISPUSIP went directly to the field to monitoring the library in the school and the data collection still used manual entries. Meanwhile, a lot of data must be collected, causing the data to be inaccurate and take a long time. For this reason, a decision support system (DSS) is needed. The data used are nine junior high schools both public and private as an alternative. While the criteria refer to the school library accreditation instrument issued by the National Library (Perpusnas) consisting of six criteria, namely collections, library facilities and infrastructure, library services, library staff, library administration and management, and reinforcement. Data analysis using the TOPSIS method by steps of determining the decision matrix, normalization matrix, calculating both positive and negative ideal solutions, calculating the distance to the ideal solution, calculating preference values, and ranking. The results obtained for the SMP library are Sek 4, Sek 1 and Sek 5 which are eligible for accreditation.

Tutoring is one of the most effective alternatives that can be used by parents who want to provide additional courses or tutoring to their children, bearing in mind that learning at school is less effective if it is only obtained at school, especially for students who wish to continue their tertiary education so students need additional tutoring. to deepen the material so that later you can pass the desired tertiary institution. Tutoring is one of the activities that involves teaching students so that they achieve maximum academic achievement or learning outcomes at the institution or place where they study. from the research on the Application of Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) in the Selection of the Best Tutoring, namely that it can make it easier for writers to solve complex problems by using a decision support system and the results of calculations applied by the writer which cannot be changed by anyone. because the results are absolute and real without any fraud in the calculation process using ROC (Rank Order Centroid) weighting which is useful for calculating the value of tutoring criteria effectively with the Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method. Tutoring is a non-formal institute that has more effective and reliable teaching quality for the last 5 years. by implementing a decision support system using the MOORA method and ROC weighting can help provide accurate results in selecting the best tutoring. There are three criteria, namely Price, Installment Amount, Discount Type. The results of selecting the best tutoring using the MOORA method are A4 with a score of 11.7171 as rank 1 on behalf of the ASC institution.

Toddlers are the human stage after infancy, toddlers are one of the most important stages in the quality development of human growth. one way to develop health in toddlers is to carry out routine checks at Public Health Center. Public Health Center has not yet provided a system for selecting healthy toddlers and also requires a system for selecting healthy toddlers. Therefore a decision support system is needed to make decisions related to checking the health of toddlers. decision support system is part of a computer-based information system, which is used to make a decision, in making a decision support system the Multi Objective Optimization by Ratio Analysis (MOORA) method is used. Based on the calculations made regarding the decision to check the health of toddlers, the MOORA method uses weighting criteria and determines the type of criteria, and MOORA does not have sub-criteria weighting provisions using FMADM, FMADM weighting reduces ambiguity because the bigger the value, the better, but if the value is too large then it is not good, such as body weight. It is necessary to provide more sub-criteria so that the accuracy in ranking is better and more accurate with a scale of 0-5. The optimization value for A1 is obtained by adding the cells from A1 0.6765 + 1.0070 + 0.2626 + 0.1195 = 2.0656 and Alternatives A2, A3, A15 have the most optimal weight values with optimization values (2.3282).
