The development model used is the ADDIE model. The subject of this research is the audio-visual learning media based on video scribe on the fraction addition material and the object is the validity of the video scribe-based audio-visual learning media on the fraction addition material for class V elementary school. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. To measure the validity of the media, a rating scale is used in the form of a media assessment sheet filled out by material experts, media experts, and practitioners. The data obtained were then analyzed using the mean formula, to determine the average validity of the media. The results obtained from material experts 4.7, media experts 4.6 and practitioners 4.96. Based on the results of the analysis, the audio-visual media based on video scribe on the fraction addition material that has been developed is declared valid with very good qualifications. Therefore, it can be concluded that this media is suitable for use in the learning process.
