The Covid-19 pandemic that has occurred since March 2020 has affected various aspects of life in society, including the economic aspect. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are one of the sectors that most impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. With the pandemic and the implementation of policies to limit community activities, the productivity of MSMEs has also decreased, resulting in a decrease in income. Sindangbarang Village is an innovative and potential village for the development of MSMEs located in Karangpucung District, Cilacap Regency. There are three potential MSMEs in Sindangbarang Village including HI Binamitra Perkasa, a producer of virgin coconut oil, MSMEs of Banana Chips, and MSMEs of Smoked Bananas. However, its potential has not been optimized properly and there are still various problems that occur in MSMEs, including: 1) lack of market access; 2) marketing is still conventional; 3) simple packaging; 4) do not have a brand yet; 5) h ave no financial records, etc. This is due to the lack of understanding of MSME actors on the importance of branding a product and the use of digital media in business development. Based on these problems, the objectives are (1) to analyze the potential and constraints of MSMEs based on internal and external factors, and (2) to optimize branding and financial records of MSMEs by conducting training and mentoring. The activities are carried out in July to August 2021. The activities carried out are in the form of a SWOT analysis of partner MSMEs, Mentoring activities, product branding assistance activities, poster making and online promotions, as well as digital financial recording training. The training and assistance carried out in the development of MSMEs has proven to be useful and can increase the knowledge and skills of partner MSMEs.
